- Operating system: MS Windows server, database: MS SQL server and SAP MaxDB (Oracle upon
request)
- Three-tier configuration: 1 server as production system, 1 server with 2 SAP instances as
consolidation system and test and development system
- Initial installation of hardware, operating system, database and SAP
- Provision of all the necessary hardware and operating systems as well as the data center
infrastructure
- Operation of SAP basis systems in Sycor‘s data center, including backup, production and
development system, and two system copies per year
- Operating support hours: Monday through Friday, 7.00 a.m. to 5 p.m.; additional support hours
upon request
- Availability: 99% per year for the production system
- Call response times: priority 1 = 30 minutes, priority 2 = 1 hour, priority 3 = 4 hours
